Typillar

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

These product terms (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Typillar, operated by Premsan Inc ("Premsan", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Premsan Inc's corporate Terms of Service apply to all services we operate. These Typillar Terms cover product-specific matters and take precedence over the corporate Terms for any conflict relating to Typillar.

1. The service

Typillar provides an agent harness and product control plane that, on your instruction, generates software and deploys it into your own connected cloud accounts. Capabilities and feature availability are described in the documentation at https://docs-staging.typillar.com and may change as the platform evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Connected accounts

Typillar acts on your behalf in the third-party accounts you connect (Cloudflare and, optionally, GitHub). The model you select runs in your connected Cloudflare account. You authorize us to provision, deploy, and manage resources in those accounts to carry out the actions you approve. You remain responsible for those accounts, for any usage and charges they incur — including model inference and hosting — and for complying with each provider's own terms. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the provider.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Typillar to violate the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited communications, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend access for activity that threatens platform stability or other customers.

5. Generated code

The harness generates code and other output from your prompts using the model you select. As between you and us, you own the output. Generated output is provided without any warranty of correctness, security, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing it before and after it is deployed.

Typillar is an agent: it acts on your instructions without asking you to confirm each step. Building a project deploys a preview into your connected Cloudflare account automatically, and the agent ships to production when you ask it to, in the same conversation. Typillar only creates, changes, or removes resources it created for your projects; it will refuse to adopt or overwrite a Worker, bucket, database, or repository that it did not create. The resources it creates, changes, or removes in a connected account are recorded in the account activity log, which you can read and export from the console at any time; individual file uploads into your project's storage are not itemized.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to Typillar. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the service. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where we process personal data on your behalf and data protection law applies to it, our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms and applies without a separate signature. It governs over these Terms in respect of personal data. A countersigned copy is available on request.

7. Billing

Typillar is offered as a flat monthly subscription per workspace; seats are included rather than charged for. Because inference and hosting run on your own connected accounts, Typillar's charge covers the harness and control plane only — you pay your providers directly for compute. Rates, what each tier includes, and any free or early-access terms are published in the documentation and may be updated with reasonable notice. Payments are handled by Stripe; charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time; deleting your account removes your data immediately, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, prolonged non-use, or to comply with legal obligations, and in that case we delete your data after a reasonable wind-down period; resources already deployed in your own accounts remain yours.

9. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated code is correct, secure, or fit for your purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for gross negligence.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claim, demand, or proceeding, and any resulting losses, damages, and reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: the applications you build, deploy, or operate with the service; the content and data you or your end users put into them; your use of the Cloudflare, GitHub, and payment accounts you connect; or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law. We will notify you of any such claim, give you control of its defence, and cooperate at your expense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our behalf or imposes an obligation on us without our written consent.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the console or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
